Amends Ohio law to allow advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants to prescribe or order respiratory care services, in addition to physicians, enabling respiratory care professionals to practice under their supervision.

Modifies physician assistant scope of practice to include prescribing or ordering respiratory care or referring patients to respiratory care professionals.

Updates respiratory care definitions and licensing requirements, including standards for limited permits, continuing education, and examination procedures administered by the Ohio respiratory care board.

Expands grounds for disciplinary action against respiratory care professionals to include denial or restriction of licenses in other states and adds practicing while mentally incompetent as a violation.

Allows certified hyperbaric technologists to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy under direct supervision of physicians, physician assistants, or advanced practice registered nurses without separate licensure under respiratory care laws.
