Expands mandatory DNA collection to include misdemeanor convictions for voyeurism, public indecency, procuring, soliciting, loitering to engage in soliciting, and prostitution offenses

Requires DNA collection from convicted individuals sentenced to imprisonment for these specified misdemeanor offenses, in addition to existing felony DNA collection requirements

Establishes that individuals sentenced to these misdemeanor offenses must submit DNA specimens during the intake process at jails, community-based correctional facilities, or detention facilities

Applies DNA collection requirements retroactively to individuals previously convicted of these misdemeanor offenses who are currently incarcerated or under supervision

Requires DNA specimens to be forwarded to the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation within 15 days of collection, with the bureau providing specimen collection kits and materials
