Amends section 128.021 of the Revised Code to require the statewide emergency services internet protocol network steering committee to conduct an assessment and revise operational standards for public safety answering points.

Revised standards must include policies ensuring that public safety answering point personnel prioritize life-saving questions when responding to 9-1-1 calls.

Revised standards must require all public safety answering point personnel to complete proper training or provide proof of prior training to give instructions regarding emergency situations.

Repeals the existing section 128.021 of the Revised Code.

Designates the act as the "Live Like Levi Act."
