Enacts section 4112.024 of the Revised Code to exempt businesses from participating in same-sex marriage ceremonies if participation violates their conscience or religious freedom rights.

Defines "business" to include sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and any other business entities, as well as their owners and employees.

Defines "ceremony" to include all activities related to participation in creating a marriage union between two persons of the same sex.

Prohibits businesses exercising this exemption from being subject to civil or criminal liability for refusing participation.

Specifies that exercising this exemption right does not constitute an act of discrimination.
