Reduces Secretary of State filing fees for domestic corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and other business entities, including lowering incorporation fees from $125 to $99 and trade name registration fees from $50 to $39.

Modifies foreign corporation license application requirements by removing the requirement to file the exact corporate title and date of incorporation, requiring only the corporate name and certificate of good standing or subsistence.

Requires all Ohio-based companies in good standing to have equal access to automated employer application services on the OhioMeansJobs website, including job posting, resume searching, employment program exploration, veteran hiring, and disability accommodation services.

Mandates the Governor's Executive Workforce Board to prepare an annual report by January 31st on OhioMeansJobs website performance, including data on job referrals and placements, jobs posted by Ohio employers, and resumes aggregated from other websites.
