Amends section 4501.21 and enacts section 4503.876 of the Revised Code to create a "Chagrin Falls Exempted Village Schools" license plate.

Vehicle owners may apply to the registrar of motor vehicles for registration and issuance of the special license plates, with design approval by Chagrin Falls exempted village school district.

Each application requires a $30 contribution to the license plate contribution fund plus a $10 bureau administrative fee, in addition to regular license tax and applicable motor vehicle taxes.

Contributions collected from the special license plates shall be paid to Chagrin Falls exempted village school district to fund student services supporting mental and emotional well-being, including bereavement counseling, defensive driving instruction, sensitivity training, and prevention education on bullying, dating violence, drug abuse, suicide, and human trafficking.

School district must ensure any hired charitable organizations providing services are exempt from federal income taxation under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), and contributions cannot be used for other purposes.
