Requires sheriffs to mail notice to every adult household member informing them that a registered sex offender or child-victim oriented offender resides at that address.

Notice must be sent when an offender or delinquent child registers under divisions (A)(2), (3), or (4) of sections 2950.04 or 2950.041, indicating they are residing in or temporarily domiciled in the state for more than three days.

Notice must be enclosed in an envelope and inform household members that the offender has committed a sexually oriented offense or child-victim oriented offense.

Establishes that tampering with or destroying the mailed notice is a felony of the fifth degree.

Amends sections 2950.04, 2950.041, and 2950.99 of the Revised Code to implement these notification requirements.
