Eliminates requirements in section 2919.12 that mandate notice to parents, guardians, custodians, or specified relatives when an unmarried minor seeks an abortion.

Repeals section 2919.122 entirely, which previously contained parental notification provisions for minors seeking abortion.

Maintains informed consent requirements for all abortions, including physician consultation about abortion procedures, risks, and fetal development information.

Preserves special requirements for abortions when a detectable fetal heartbeat is present, including written notification and information about probability of carrying the pregnancy to term.
