Authorizes boards of township trustees to expend funds from the general fund or property tax revenue for presenting community events open to the public at parks, playgrounds, playfields, gymnasiums, public baths, swimming pools, or indoor recreation centers.

Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 505.261, 511.23, and 755.13 to establish this authority as a public purpose for which funds may be expended.
