Amends section 3702.302 of the Revised Code to modify licensing renewal requirements for ambulatory surgical facilities not certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Removes the requirement that the director determine a written transfer agreement is satisfactory or that a variance has been granted as a condition for license renewal.

Repeals sections 3702.303 through 3702.309, 3702.3010, and 3727.60 of the Revised Code, which contain requirements related to written transfer agreements and variances for ambulatory surgical facilities.

Maintains inspection requirements and quality standards compliance as conditions for license renewal.
