• Establishes civil penalties of $500 for the first violation and $1,000 for each subsequent violation, with a 30-day cure period before enforcement.

• Requires noncompliant entities to provide corrected training and informational materials before penalties are imposed, with collected fines deposited to state, county, or local general revenue funds depending on which attorney brings the action.
