Creates the Gender Pay Disparity Task Force to determine the extent of pay disparity between men and women in Ohio, identify causes, and develop legislative recommendations.

Task Force must issue findings and recommendations report to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House not later than six months after the effective date.

Task Force comprises seven members: one House member appointed by Speaker, one by House Minority Leader, one Senate member appointed by President, one by Senate Minority Leader, plus three Governor-appointed members (labor law specialist, business representative, and women's organization representative).

At least four of the seven Task Force members must be women; members serve without compensation and receive support from Legislative Service Commission staff.

Task Force shall hold initial meeting within thirty days of final member appointment, elect a chairperson, and cease to exist upon issuance of the report.
