Raises the maximum monetary jurisdiction limit for Ohio small claims divisions from three thousand to six thousand dollars for civil actions involving taxes and money recovery, excluding interest and costs.

Increases the counterclaim and cross-claim threshold from three thousand to six thousand dollars; counterclaims or cross-claims at or below this amount do not affect the small claims division's jurisdiction.

Raises the automatic transfer threshold from the small claims docket to the regular court docket from three thousand to six thousand dollars when a counterclaim or cross-claim exceeds the limit.

Maintains existing jurisdictional exclusions for libel, slander, replevin, malicious prosecution, abuse of process actions, and claims brought by assignees or agents (with specified exceptions).

Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 1925.02 and 1925.10 to implement these monetary jurisdiction changes.
