Amends section 4301.62 of the Revised Code to allow persons to possess open containers of beer or intoxicating liquor on market premises during F-8 permit events if the beverages were purchased from an adjacent D permit premises.

Requires the market to grant permission for possession and consumption within the defined F-8 permit premises and notify the division of liquor control about the event pursuant to section 4303.208.

Defines "market" as a market holding an F-8 permit that has been in operation since 1860.

Maintains existing exceptions and limitations for open container possession in other contexts including outdoor refreshment areas, music festivals, motorsports facilities, and commercial quadricycles.

Repeals the existing section 4301.62 of the Revised Code in its entirety and replaces it with the amended version.
