Amends section 3301.16 and enacts section 3301.164 of the Revised Code to establish requirements for chartered nonpublic schools in Ohio.

Requires each chartered nonpublic school to publish on its website a summary of cash flow and aggregate student enrollment data for the previous two school years.

Mandates nonpublic schools post their background check policy for teaching and nonteaching employees and volunteers with direct student contact on their website.

Requires schools to make available to parents, guardians, and custodians the curricula and reading lists for each grade level, as well as bylaws, constitution, and governance documents.

Requires governing authorities to maintain meeting minutes, including executive session minutes, in a manner similar to school district boards and make them available to parents, guardians, and custodians except for executive session records.
