Casino Control Commission shall make two payments of $250,000 each (fiscal years 2016 and 2017) to eligible entities that host racetracks, with payments due by December 31 of each year.

For tracks located in only one or two municipal corporations or townships, each entity receives the full $250,000 payment.

For tracks located in at least three municipal corporations or townships, the $250,000 payment must be divided proportionally based on the real property acreage of the track in each jurisdiction.

Permit holders must also pay $250,000 to eligible entities by December 31, 2015, and an additional $250,000 by December 31, 2016, with the same proportional allocation applying to tracks spanning three or more jurisdictions.

The bill repeals previous versions of these payment provisions in H.B. 64 and H.B. 386 to consolidate the proportional payment requirements.
