Requires the State Board of Career Colleges and Schools to annually post career placement rates for each school disaggregated by program on its website, searchable by school, degree or certificate type, and program.

Mandates that schools provide applicant students written information about the school's graduation and placement rates for the preceding three years prior to signing enrollment agreements.

Requires the annual report to the governor and general assembly to include career placement rates for each school disaggregated by program.

Directs the Director of Higher Education to post a link on the Department of Higher Education's website to the career placement information provided by the State Board of Career Colleges and Schools.
