Authorizes judges to terminate mandatory vehicle immobilization orders when granting limited driving privileges to second-time OVI (operating a vehicle impaired) offenders under division (G)(1)(b) of section 4511.19.

Court must send notice of immobilization termination to the registrar of motor vehicles when the order takes effect concurrent with limited driving privileges.

Court may reinstate the immobilization order if it receives information that the offender violated any condition imposed at the time of termination, upon showing of good cause.

Court must send notice of any reinstatement of the immobilization order to the registrar.

Amends section 4510.13 of the Ohio Revised Code governing suspension and limited driving privileges for OVI offenders.
