Amends sections 2923.122 and 2923.126 of the Revised Code to allow concealed handgun licensees to carry firearms in places of worship unless the church, synagogue, mosque, or other place of worship posts or permits otherwise.

Modifies existing prohibitions on carrying concealed handguns by removing places of worship from the list of locations where licensees are automatically barred from carrying, granting individual religious institutions the authority to set their own policies.

Maintains all other restrictions on concealed carry in specified locations including police stations, courthouses, schools, airports, government facilities, and any place where federal law prohibits handguns.

Preserves existing requirements for concealed handgun licensees including valid license possession, proper notification to law enforcement during stops, and compliance with all applicable state and federal firearms regulations.
