Creates a "Fallen Linemen" license plate in Ohio that vehicle owners may apply for through the registrar of motor vehicles.

Requires a $10 contribution per application for registration and renewal, which is deposited into the license plate contribution fund; also requires a $10 administrative fee paid to the state bureau of motor vehicles fund.

Fallen linemen license plates shall display words and markings selected and designed by the fallen linemen organization and approved by the registrar, along with county identification stickers.

Contributions collected from fallen linemen license plate registrations shall be paid to the fallen linemen organization to recognize and memorialize fallen linemen and support their families.

Amends section 4501.21 of the Revised Code to add section 4503.97 to the list of sections whose contributions are collected in the license plate contribution fund.
