Establishes a Cuyahoga Valley National Park license plate available to owners or lessees of passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other approved vehicle classes.

Requires a $15 contribution from each applicant for registration and renewal, which is deposited into the license plate contribution fund and distributed to the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park to support the park.

Requires a $10 administrative fee per license plate issuance to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for additional services.

Amends section 4501.21 to add section 4503.565 to the list of sections whose contributions feed into the license plate contribution fund.

Plates shall display identifying words or markings designed by the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park and county identification stickers.
