Extends eligibility for Volunteer Peace Officers' Dependents Fund benefits to volunteer peace officers who are totally and permanently disabled on or after January 1, 2016, receiving $300 per month unless already receiving full salary.

Provides death benefits to surviving spouses of volunteer peace officers killed in the line of duty on or after January 1, 2016, including a $1,000 award plus $300 per month.

Provides monthly benefits of $125 per dependent child under age 18 (or under 22 if attending an educational institution) of volunteer peace officers killed in the line of duty.

Requires claimants to file claims with the appropriate volunteer peace officers' dependents fund board and submit specified documentation including department name, injury date, and medical evidence of total disability.

Prohibits claimants from qualifying for other benefits based on the officer's volunteer service from public employees retirement system, Ohio police and fire pension fund, state highway patrol retirement system, Cincinnati retirement system, or Ohio public safety officers death benefit fund.
