Requires prospective jurors claiming breast-feeding hardship to provide a signed affidavit to the judge stating they are a nursing mother; affidavit serves as satisfactory documentation for the excuse request.

Applies to all jury years and does not extend beyond the current jury year unless the judge determines the underlying grounds are permanent in nature.

Repeal of existing section 2313.14 and replacement with the amended version containing the new breast-feeding mother excuse provision.
