Establishes training requirements for tactical medical professionals (EMTs, paramedics, nurses, physicians) to carry firearms while on duty, including 60 hours of firearms training with a minimum of 46 hours of live-fire exercises.

Permits tactical medical professionals authorized by their law enforcement agency to carry firearms in the same manner, areas, and extent as peace officers of that agency, with the same civil and criminal liability protections.

Grants tactical medical professionals qualified under this bill the same right to carry concealed handguns while on duty as persons with concealed handgun licenses, subject to the same restrictions.

Requires the Ohio peace officer training commission to establish rules governing tactical medical professional firearms training programs at approved peace officer training schools.

Amends concealed handgun license provisions (section 2923.126) to include tactical medical professionals as eligible to carry concealed handguns while on duty in the same manner as licensed individuals.
