Allows county commissioners in counties with populations of at least 60,000 to require the board of elections to establish one or more branch offices for in-person absent voting, but not later than 90 days before an election

Limits the number of branch offices to one per 60,000 residents in the county, as determined by the most recent federal census

Permits electors to cast absent voter ballots in person at the main board of elections office and at each branch office established under this provision

Authorizes boards of elections to lease or acquire sites different from the main office where registered electors may vote in person for absent ballots and provisional ballots

Applies these branch office provisions to applications for absent voter ballots, uniformed services ballots, and overseas ballots with deadline requirements extended to 6 p.m. on the last Friday before election if delivered in person to a branch office
