• Creates "Ohio Pupil Transportation...Safety First!!!" license plates available to vehicle owners, with design and logo approved by the Ohio association for pupil transportation.

• Applicants must pay a $10 contribution per registration and renewal, plus a $10 administrative fee to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

• Contributions collected from the special license plates are deposited into the license plate contribution fund and distributed to the Ohio association for pupil transportation to support transportation programs, training for school transportation professionals, and school transportation safety initiatives.

• Amends section 4501.21 of the Revised Code to add section 4503.901 to the list of license plate sections that feed contributions into the license plate contribution fund.

• Plates display county identification stickers and standard vehicle registration information along with the special designation.
