Prohibits any person from recklessly labeling or advertising nursery stock as beneficial to pollinators if the stock was treated with a systemic insecticide and bears either a pollinator protection box or pollinator/bee/honey bee precautionary statement from the EPA.

Defines "systemic insecticide" as a water-soluble chemical pesticide absorbed by a plant.

Establishes violations of the new section 927.57 as a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on first offense and a misdemeanor of the third degree on subsequent offenses.

Amends section 927.72 to extend the general prohibition on violating nursery stock regulations to include the new section 927.57.

Updates section 927.99 to clarify penalty structures for violations of the nursery stock regulations, with less severe penalties for violations of the new pollinator protection provision compared to other nursery stock violations.
