Defines "armed forces" to include Ohio National Guard, Ohio naval militia, Ohio military reserve, and active and reserve components of U.S. military branches (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard)

Prohibits school district boards from imposing restrictions on armed forces career presentations that are not uniformly applied to skilled trades, higher education institutions, businesses, industry, charitable institutions, and other employers

Requires district boards to provide all covered entities at least two in-person presentation opportunities per school year to grades 9-12 students, either individually or in group settings, with direct student interaction

Allows district boards to develop application processes and standards of conduct for entities seeking access to school property for student presentations, subject to federal law compliance

Mandates equal access to district employment and placement services for all entities described in the bill
