Designates November as "One Health Awareness Month" to increase public awareness of connections between human, animal, and ecosystem health.

Designates May 15 as "All for the Kids Awareness Day."

Designates May 1 as "Fanconi Anemia Awareness Day" in honor of those affected by this rare genetic disease.

Creates the Malnutrition Prevention Commission with members from state health agencies, legislative committees, and governor-appointed experts to study malnutrition among older adults (age 60+) in all health care settings.

Commission must submit findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly within 12 months of the effective date, then ceases to exist.
