Enacts section 3314.52 of the Revised Code to establish how public moneys recovered from community school audits by the auditor of state shall be distributed.

If a finding of recovery results from an audit of enrollment records, recovered funds shall be credited to the state education aid of the school district or districts from which funding was deducted under section 3314.08 in the amount that was deducted.

If a finding of recovery results from any other type of audit, recovered funds shall be redistributed to school districts proportional to their share of total enrollment in the community school at the time the finding of recovery is issued.

Distribution applies only to students who were entitled to attend school in those districts under sections 3313.64 or 3313.65 of the Revised Code.
