Enacts section 166.50 of the Revised Code to create a statutory definition of "microbusiness" in Ohio.

Defines a microbusiness as an independently owned and operated for-profit business entity, including any affiliates, with fewer than 20 full-time employees or full-time equivalent employees and located in Ohio.

Establishes that a full-time employee works an average of at least 30 hours of service per week during a calendar month.

Requires full-time equivalent employees to be calculated by dividing the aggregate hours of service for part-time employees in a calendar month by 120.
