Amends sections 3501.35 and 3599.20 of the Revised Code to permit electors to photograph their own marked ballots and make the photographs publicly available electronically.

Modifies the prohibition on exhibiting ballots to allow an exception for photographs taken by the elector for personal use and public distribution, with apparent intent to reveal how the elector will vote.

Maintains criminal penalties for attempting to induce an elector to show their marked ballot, except for photographs taken by the elector themselves or assistance provided under section 3505.24.

Violation of ballot secrecy provisions remains a fifth-degree felony offense.

Repeals existing sections 3501.35 and 3599.20 and recodifies them as a composite amendment harmonizing prior legislative changes.
