Amends section 4503.491 of the Revised Code to allow motorcycle owners to obtain breast cancer awareness license plates, in addition to owners of passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, and recreational vehicles.

Breast cancer awareness license plates must display identifying words or markings that promote breast cancer awareness and county identification stickers showing the county of registration.

Applicants must pay a $25 contribution per registration or renewal, deposited into the license plate contribution fund, plus a $10 administrative fee to compensate the bureau of motor vehicles.

Applications for special reserved license plates under existing law may be combined with breast cancer awareness plate requests.
