Urges Congress to request that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services revise guidance on employment services for individuals with developmental disabilities

Seeks to maintain the right of individuals with developmental disabilities to participate in facility-based day programs, training centers, and sheltered workshops

Notes that county boards of developmental disabilities serve over 14,500 individuals through home and community-based services Medicaid waivers and coordinate services for more than 90,000 children and adults

Expresses concern that regulations in 42 C.F.R. 441.301 significantly change the Medicaid waiver program and reduce opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to participate in facility-based programs

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to federal officials including the President, Secretary of Health and Human Services, and members of the Ohio Congressional delegation
