Commends Ohio farmers on small, medium, and large farms for implementing superior nutrient management practices that have improved water quality in Lake Erie and its tributaries

Recognizes Heidelberg University's National Center for Water Quality Research, University of Toledo's Lake Erie Center, Ohio State University's Stone Laboratory and Sea Grant Program, Lake Erie Charter Boat Association, and the Nature Conservancy for their decades of work improving water quality

Encourages continued collaboration among agriculture community, educational institutions, environmental advocacy organizations, and state, county, and municipal leaders to maintain and improve Lake Erie and tributary water quality

Encourages the General Assembly to continue enacting legislation that promotes actions for improving water quality in Lake Erie and its tributaries

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to send authenticated copies of the resolution to Ohio news media
