Urges the President of the United States to prevent the resettlement of Syrian refugees into Ohio and the United States of America.

Notes that since 2011, conflict in Syria has displaced roughly four million Syrian nationals, many of whom have fled to other Arab nations and Europe.

States that members of ISIS or other radical extremist terrorist organizations could potentially infiltrate the United States by claiming Syrian refugee status and that adequate investigation of refugee claims is not possible.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the President, Secretary of Homeland Security, Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Congress leadership, Ohio's Congressional delegation, and Ohio news media.
