Permits Ohio YMCA Youth in Government Middle School State Assembly to use the Ohio House Chambers for its 2015 model legislature event on November 23, 2015, contingent upon facility availability.

Recognizes the program as an educational organization that provides middle school students with opportunities to better understand government and the legislative process.

Authorizes the use of actual legislative facilities to give students an accurate depiction of state government and how legislation is created and processed.

Acknowledges that participation in the program prepares students to become informed, productive citizens with experience in civic engagement.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Ohio YMCA Youth in Government Middle School State Assembly.
