Honors David Dobson for being named the 2015 Ohio Girls Cross Country Coach of the Year by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

Recognizes Dobson as head coach of the Centerville High School girls cross country team for developing runners' talents and instilling determination, perseverance, camaraderie, and spirit.

Commends Dobson for his tireless efforts that have contributed to the team's success both in athletic competition and in developing young people's maturity and experience.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to David Dobson.
