Designates April 2016 as Donate Life Month in Ohio to raise awareness about organ and tissue donation.

Notes that approximately 3,200 Ohioans are currently awaiting life-saving organ transplants, with 22 people dying each day nationally while waiting for compatible organs.

States that a single organ donor can save up to 8 lives and improve the lives of more than 50 others through tissue donations.

Highlights that in 2015, 353 Ohioans donated organs enabling 1,084 individuals to receive transplants, and more than 5.3 million Ohioans have registered in the Ohio Donor Registry.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to Ohio news media and encourages all Ohioans to participate in appropriate observances.
