St. Thomas Aquinas High School girls track and field team won the 2016 Division III State Championship, their second consecutive state crown, with 60 points.

Coach Randy Crawford led the team to victory while developing athletes' talents and instilling values of determination, perseverance, and camaraderie.

The House of Representatives recognizes the team members and coach as exemplary athletes and outstanding leaders reflecting positively on their school and community.

The Clerk of the House of Representatives is directed to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the St. Thomas Aquinas High School girls track and field team.
