Holly Koester, a U.S. Army veteran, won seven gold medals at the 2016 National Veterans Wheelchair Games in air rifle, 9-ball, 400-meter track, 800-meter track, 10-kilometer hand cycle, and two swimming events.

The Ohio House of Representatives commends Holly Koester for her remarkable athletic accomplishments and exemplary demonstration of discipline, perseverance, and good sportsmanship.

The resolution recognizes Koester as a role model whose achievements demonstrate the virtues of self-reliance and individual effort that benefit Ohio's young people.

The Clerk of the House of Representatives shall transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Holly Koester.
