Recognizes Hanus also won a bronze medal in kata in the all belts 15 to 17 years open weight class at the 2016 WUKF World Karate Championships

Acknowledges Hanus as a student at Nishime Karate and member of the U.S. national karate team who has demonstrated dedication, leadership, and good sportsmanship
