The Ohio House of Representatives congratulates St. Edward High School on being named a 2016 National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education.

St. Edward High School is one of eleven high schools in Ohio to receive the National Blue Ribbon designation, recognized in the exemplary high performing schools category for excellence in teaching, instruction, student success, leadership, and parental involvement.

The resolution commends the school's faculty, administration, and staff for their dedication in enabling students to develop cooperation, self-discipline, perseverance, and diligence through educational opportunities and extracurricular activities.

The House Clerk is directed to transmit an authenticated copy of this resolution to St. Edward High School.
