Commends John A. Kraeutler on receiving the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award from the Boy Scouts of America for his outstanding career and voluntary service.

Recognizes his more than forty years in the medical device and biomedical industry, including positions with Organon, Inc., Becton Dickinson, and Meridian Bioscience, Inc., where he served as chairman and chief executive officer.

Acknowledges his community leadership through service on the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Senior Council, as well as the Dan Beard Council of the Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors.

Salutes Kraeutler as one of Ohio's finest citizens for his generous contributions and dedication to bettering his community.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to John A. Kraeutler.
