Permits F-10 holders to sell wine tasting samples (maximum 2 ounces per sample, one sample per person per wine) for on-site consumption or sealed containers for off-premises consumption

Restricts F-10 sales to wines with at least 51% of fruit grown in Ohio and labels identifying an appellation of origin that includes all or part of Ohio

F-10 permit is valid for one year at any registered farmers market in Ohio, costs $100 annually, and requires written permission from the farmers market organizer

Amends retail food establishment exemptions to include wine sales authorized under the F-10 permit, allowing farmers market vendors to sell wine without separate food service licensing
