• Establishes automatic voter registration for eligible persons identified in government and school databases (motor vehicles bureau, designated agencies, and secondary schools) unless they decline registration

• Creates an online voter registration system allowing eligible Ohio residents with valid driver's licenses or social security numbers to register or update registration through the internet

• Requires the secretary of state to adopt rules implementing the automatic registration program and establishing procedures for online registration

• Amends multiple sections of Ohio election law (sections 3501.05-3599.18) to integrate automatic and online registration into existing voter registration procedures and remove conflicting provisions

• Repeals existing sections 3503.11, 3503.29, and 3505.22 to eliminate obsolete provisions and replace them with new automatic registration requirements
