OH SB161

Amends section 2931.01 of the Ohio Revised Code to authorize probate judges to issue search warrants.

Removes the exclusion of probate judges from the definition of "judge" in Chapters 2931 to 2953 of the Revised Code, except for sections 2933.21 to 2933.33.

Maintains existing exclusions that the probate court is not included in the definition of "court" and the clerk of the probate court is not included in the definition of "clerk."

Repeals the existing version of section 2931.01 of the Revised Code and replaces it with the amended language.
