Persons age 80 or older may obtain a new or renewal nondriver identification card without payment of any fees, including lamination and deputy registrar fees.

Identification cards issued to persons age 80 or older shall have no expiration date, unlike regular cards which expire on the cardholder's birthday in the fourth year after issuance.

Duplicate or replacement identification cards issued to persons age 80 or older shall also be issued without payment of any fees and with no expiration date.

Disabled veterans with service-connected disabilities rated at 100 percent by the Veterans' Administration retain existing exemptions from identification card fees.

Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 4507.50 and 4507.52 regarding nondriver identification card issuance and expiration requirements.
