OH SB180

Adds new definition of "constitutional or statutory right" to Ohio's civil rights law, covering any right prescribed by federal or state constitutions or granted by federal or state statutes, including fundamental rights.

Prohibits employers from discharging or discriminating against employees based on their exercise of constitutional or statutory rights within their private real property or personal motor vehicles, regardless of location on employer property.

Amends sections 4112.01, 4112.02, 4112.05, 4112.08, and 4112.14 of the Revised Code to incorporate this new protection into Ohio's employment discrimination framework.

Provides that employees cannot be disciplined for lawful activities conducted on their own time and property, such as lawful exercise of Second Amendment rights or other constitutional protections, even if the motor vehicle is parked on the employer's premises.
