Amends section 4759.02 and enacts new sections 4785.01-4785.05 of the Revised Code to establish a regulatory framework for complementary or alternative health care practitioners in Ohio.

Defines "complementary or alternative health care services" to include practices such as acupressure, aromatherapy, herbalism, homeopathy, meditation, naturopathy, and specific bodywork therapies, excluding prohibited medical procedures.

Requires complementary or alternative health care practitioners to provide written disclosure documents to clients before first service, including nature of services, practitioner qualifications, unlicensed status warnings in 11-point font, and financial arrangements with other practitioners.

Prohibits complementary or alternative health care practitioners from performing surgery, diagnosing disease, recommending discontinuation of prescribed medical treatment, prescribing drugs, or falsely implying state licensure.

Establishes that violations are subject to investigation by executive agencies and enforcement through appropriate prosecutorial authorities, while protecting existing scope of practice for licensed health professionals.
